No warranty is granted for defects caused by:

To benefit from the warranty, you must present the product together with the warranty certificate and the tax invoice (copy or original).
IMPORTANT
1. This warranty certificate does not cover the physical condition of the product or its components.
2. This warranty certificate is only valid if the product was purchased directly from us and is accompanied by the invoice/receipt.
3. Copies of the warranty certificate will not be taken into account if they are damaged or partially destroyed and illegible.
4. The product will be repaired / replaced! The amount paid is not returned if the legal term has been exceeded.*

MAINTENANCE
1) Charge the devices properly if they have not been used for a long time.
2) For cleaning, use only special solutions for electronic products.

Before shipping, all products are checked and tested by Smartech Solutions technicians.
If one of the products does not work properly despite following the instructions in the user manual, it will be replaced with a new one within a maximum of 14 days.
You just have to send the product back in the same condition as when you bought it (in the original packaging, with all the accessories, with intact labels and the documents that accompanied it).
Customers who choose to ship the products by courier will bear the costs of this service (round trip).
If the product is defective at the time of purchase, our company undertakes to pay the transport costs. The finding of the defect must be made within three days of receiving the product.
The products sold on our website correspond to the quality and compliance conditions, and do not endanger the health or safety of the users.
Each customer is free to choose a delivery method that benefits him/her.

Losing the warranty certificate or the invoice leads to the loss of the warranty. We do not issue duplicates for the warranty certificate.

The product will be sent, under warranty, with the original packaging, the warranty certificate, and the related accessories.
The product will be excluded from warranty if:
- the defects were caused by: shocks / burning / melting / overcharging
- the seal has been removed;
- it was not used properly, according to the instructions;
- it does not have the related documents or accessories.
Unauthorized interventions or incorrect use of the product automatically lead to its removal from warranty.
Defects caused by electric discharges, electric shocks, mechanical and thermal shocks, exposure to moisture or contact with liquids, improper use of the charger (connector), incorrect SIM insertion are not covered by the warranty. Consumables are also not subject to warranty.
Damage to the seals or their removal from the product automatically leads to its removal from warranty.

We mention that all the data provided by you are confidential and are used only for commercial purposes to issue the invoice, the warranty certificate and to ship the products.
The guarantee of the quality and conformity of the services offered by smtsecurity.eu, the granting of guarantees and the return of products are carried out in accordance with the specific legislation in the field.
MANDATORY:
If the product has defects or does not correspond and you want to return it:
1. Fill in the return slip received with the product and notify us that we are going to receive a return by e-mail;
2. Make sure that the product has all the accessories, exactly as on receipt;
3. Wrap the product in a protective material to avoid its damage during transport;
4. Send the package by fast courier to the address indicated in the warranty certificate.
> The cost of transport is fully borne by the customer.
> The money will be returned within 14 working days by the method indicated on the return slip.
> If you choose to replace the product, you will have to wait until the one you sent reaches us.
